Location: Seattle, WA US We're looking for a technically-savvy
product manager to help strategize, design and deliver platforms
and customer experiences across devices that transform how
customers shop for clothing, shoes, and accessories online. Coming
up with compelling ideas that solve real customer problems is just
the ante, it's your ability to translate those ideas into reality
which enables our big bets pay off.
You'll be surrounded by technologists so you are as adept at being
a strong contributing member of a technical team as you are
coalescing a vision. You should feel at home with our agile
approach to software development. In fact, for some projects you'll
be the scrum master. You seek truth in data and are adept at
writing complex SQL queries to unlock insights and opportunities.
You can work with senior tech leaders to prescribe scrappy
technical designs when we want to experiment quickly, but know what
has to change for when we have to scale the successful ones for
millions of customers. Above all, you relish collaborating with
developers on a daily basis to make what they build even

functional excellence. You might have had a career in gaming or
entertainment, where your contributions elevated the experience
into something fun and delightful, but want to take your passion to
the next level reaching more customers in a single day than most
video games sell in their lifetime.
Key Responsibilities: Define the product vision, goals, and success
metrics. Take ideas through the green light process with team
members up through C-level execs. Translate that vision into a
logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap. Write complete
and detail-oriented product requirements documents and ensuring
clear communication of those requirements to the business, design,
usability and development teams. Drive execution, staying ahead of
dependencies, making smart tradeoffs, coordinating dependencies,
and maintaining communication throughout the organization to
guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery. Balance business
needs and technical constraints while maximizing business benefit
and building great customer experiences. Audit launched products
and iterate based on measurable results. The successful candidate
will demonstrate: A track record delivering world-class consumer
experiences in a dynamic industry. High attention to detail in both
communication and task management. Adeptness from the big picture
through the smallest details. Proven ability to lead
cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management;
excellent interpersonal skills. A composed, poised and professional
demeanor. A history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's
sleeves to get the job done. Strong analytical and quantitative
skills (including the ability to effectively use tools such as
Excel and SQL on large data sets) and an ability to use hard data
and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business
cases. Basic Qualifications 3+ years program or product management
experience leading teams to launch at least 2 consumer-facing
sites/apps. Computer Science, Engineering or Math/Stats
undergraduate degree. SQL proficiency with large datasets.
Experience with high transaction, secure, and scalable systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to
influence both senior leadership and peers. Preferred Preference
for working on agile enabled teams. Experience in in an industry
where fun matters (e.g. fashion, entertainment, media, or games).
Spearheaded a V1 product. Can't live without their mobile devices.
An eye for style.
