Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThe Client Success Manager is
responsible for owning a portfolio of key Evocalize accounts that
utilize our Collaborative Marketing Platform to deliver Search and
Display programs. Your duties will include onboarding and training
partners, advising partners on go-to-market strategy, driving
program adoption, and nurturing relationships to drive growth and
renewals.You come from a SaaS Client Success or Consultant
background and/or have direct experience onboarding new partners
and growing platform adoption. You are an organized self-starter,
have excellent communication skills, and are detail-oriented,
marketing savvy and data-driven. This is in an individual
contributor role based in Seattle or Austin reporting into the Vice
President of Client Success.Evocalize offers a flexible work

include:
- Ownership of several enterprise Evocalize partner accounts
- Working closely with partners to define objectives and KPIs for
each marketing program
- Managing partner onboarding and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborating with client operations and engineering teams to
configure the Evocalize platform as per partners' requirements
- Presenting insights to partners ensuring that they get the most
out of the platform
- Driving adoption of the platform and overall growth of
account
- Acting as the internal advocate for your partners and ensuring
Evocalize is well-aligned with partner goals
- Renewing annual partner contracts and upselling enhancements
and features
- Being an expert and thought leader on all partner platforms and
programsIdeal Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in SaaS Client Success, Consulting or
Digital Marketing
- Experience and understanding of marketing technology platforms
such as Facebook's Ads Manager platform, Google Ads, Google
Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Telium or Adobe Omniture
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to own several small/medium sized accounts
- Comfortable with owning Director level client
relationships
- Experience working with Product teams
- Demonstrated success and passion working in a fast-paced,
swiftly-changing startup environment
- History of escalating success in your career
- BA/BS or similar degree in an applicable field, or relevant
