Description
We are looking to hire an experienced professional as Director of
Strategic Projects, Marketing & Innovation to help grow Stackline.
In this role you will report directly to the CMO and will work
closely with the CRO, Revenue Operations, as well as various client
stakeholders, to deliver on the next chapter of marketing,
strategy, and solutions for Stackline.

In this role, you will be extremely hands-on and involved in
day-to-day strategy and operations, as well as being responsible
for maintaining control of diverse and complex business and
strategic projects (including ongoing client collaborations with
some of the world's largest brands companies). Together with the
CMO and CRO, you will deliver on both customer-facing and
internal-facing projects which aim to accelerate revenue and
performance during a key growth phase. This position will require
you to have an outstanding sense of ownership, initiative, high EQ,
business acumen, and a strong work ethic. Most importantly, you
must be able to interface with product and customer-centric
cultures while helping functional leaders prioritize across many
competing initiatives and projects.

The goal of this position is to take a leading role to maximize the
speed and quality with which Stackline develops, launches, and
delivers solutions, by expanding and building our strategic scope,
keeping client projects and internal GTM initiatives on track, and
ensuring extensive progress growth towards company milestones.

Responsibilities:
--- - - - - - Define, drive and own Stackline strategic marketing
initiatives across product, revenue, and customer teams
--- - - - - - Help strategically develop and drive increased
operational excellence across all Stackline business areas,
including current internal pipeline projects and Go-To-Market
initiatives, revenue initiatives and external collaborations
--- - - - - - Assist with crafting key initiative roadmap and
manage the execution of the roadmap working with internal
stakeholders
--- - - - - - Collaborate within the team and other functional
teams across regions to consolidate different viewpoints, clarify
problem statements, identify strategy, and deliver on high-impact
solutions
--- - - - - - Lead alignment with other functional teams, globally,
to implement short-term solutions in a timely manner while
elaborating on the long-term, evolving strategy
--- - - - - - Identify risk and track issues that might impact the
execution plan
--- - - - - - Develop in-depth understanding of the ideal customer
experience by incorporating quantitative and qualitative insights -
to leverage in strategic projects
Desired Skills:
--- - - - - - 5-10+ years of experience in technology program
management, consulting, corporate strategy, or similar fields
--- - - - - - Prior experience in setting up strategy and
operations for business integrations, expansions
--- - - - - - 3+ years relevant corporate B2B and/or B2B2C
experience, preferably in supporting complex solutions for
enterprise-level clients
