it as our Product Manager. What You Will Do As the Product Manager
for Porch's Insurtech division , you'll own the vision, strategy,
roadmap and delivery of a delightful insurance purchasing
experience. This includes building customer-facing UX and product
as well as internally-facing interfaces with the tools the
operations teams use to support the experience. Insurtech is our
largest source of revenue and powers our goal to make homeownership
simple and disrupt the $500B home services industryand we want you
to be a part of it This role requires you to combine your passion
for helping customers with your technical expertise to ensure we're
building a solid and scalable platform to grow our business. You'll
be comfortable with ambiguity, thinking big and diving deep. You'll
be responsible for helping grow our business by working with
customers to define and prioritize requirements for our products.
This role will require strong leadership skills, technical
expertise, and a passion for customers as you help shape our
company's direction in the coming years. Set the strategy for your
product and evangelize the vision with the organization Work to
continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire
customer journey Create and manage the product roadmap - gather
detailed business opportunities and turn them into the epics and
stories that set the direction for the engineering team. Enable
customer advocacy in solution design and prioritization. Define and
prioritize new features and strategic initiatives to scale internal
operations, support revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
Facilitate trade-off decisions between investment, schedule and
customer benefit. Use data to drive the development and
prioritization of new products and product improvements. Actively
build relationships with business owners, product managers, and
engineers to deliver on your product roadmap Work to continually
improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer
journey by defining success criteria for your product and using
data to gather signals that will inform future investment decisions
Operate autonomously; drive programs end to end including business
goals, technical solution, launch planning and execution Have a
passion for product: conceiving, designing, building, and shipping
it Be creative, ambitious, and advocate on behalf of your customer
What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree or above 5 years of relevant
experience in product management Knowledge of insurance is not
required and can be learned as you bring fresh thinking to customer
needs in insurance Ability to understand and discuss technical
concepts and manage trade-offs. Strong analytical skills with the
ability to use data and metrics to drive action Excellent verbal
and written communication skills Ability to think strategically and
execute methodically Willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn,
