We are currently seeking an Operational Excellence Program Manager.
This is a key strategic position as we continue to grow within our
Service department. - You will be responsible for driving
substantial gains in Service field operational efficiency through
improved workflows and processes. This role will bridge functional
intersections across mobile service field operations, supply chain,
logistics, and technology. You will be joining an established and
diverse team where you will be able to make an immediate impact. If

You're great at:
Streamlining
To be successful as an Operational Excellence Program Manager, you
will need to find cost savings and efficiency gains to demonstrate
positive ROI against the cost of the role and added overhead,
increase "Revenue per Tech" KPI to meet annual business plan goals,
and increase "First-Time-Fix Rate" KPI to meet annual business plan
goals. You will have the opportunity to leverage LEAN and Six-Sigma
approaches as you conduct gap/process/workflow analysis to improve
field operational efficiency.
Communication
As an Operational Excellence Program Manager, you will be working
closely within our Service organization to ensure our technicians
are focusing on their key technical work and streamlining all other
tasks by reducing waste and costs. You will engage with
stakeholders to leverage cross-functional expertise, develop
understanding, build consensus, and manage change. You will also
work closely with the service management team and field leaders to
develop and implement remote support platforms for field team
members that will focus on leveraging the expertise of experienced
staff to support and develop other team members. This position
requires you to demonstrate an ability to find commonality within
groups and understand how to motivate people through change.
