Measure Labs- Clinical Operations Manager Who we are: Healthcare
is quickly moving digital. Physicians are treating patients online
more than ever, but they don't have the patient vitals they need to
do their job. We are an AI startup focused on unlocking the digital
health revolution by making health measurement ubiquitous. Our
products will turn your smartphone into a medical device, enabling
the measurement of multiple biomarkers using just the hardware
already in your pocket. Our technology is based on cutting-edge
research from one of the top AI for Health research labs in the
world - the University of Washington Ubiquitous Computing Lab.
About you: The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who
demonstrates excellent communication skills, individual initiative,
and problem-solving capabilities. This person should be able to
work independently and drive action items to completion with little
oversight. Supports all end-to-end operations related to our data
program, which includes the following responsibilities: Working
with science and engineering to support protocols and tools for
collecting, processing, and reviewing ground truth data (e.g.
smartphone fingertip videos, blood pressure readings, blood glucose
readings, continuous PPG) Developing, meeting, and continually
raising the bar on performance metrics, including throughput,
diversity, quality, and cost; providing timely and relevant updates
on these metrics to the team Develop or assist with the project
training development and delivery, for investigators, clinical
sites, project teams, and sponsors on data collection processes,
tools, and/or equipment as required. Reviews resource allocation
with the assigned project leads to ensure projects and budgets are
managed effectively Hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day support of
the operational team to run protocols for gathering and processing
data Track study progress and issue periodic status reports
Managing relationship with IRB, filing new proposals, managing
updates, and ensuring team follows protocol Required experience:
BA/BS degree or higher Good interpersonal communication (written
and verbal) and organizational skills 2+ years experience meeting
and developing performance metrics Proven project management
experience from start to completion Time management skills and
ability to adhere to project productivity metrics and timelines
Constructive problem-solving attitude while deadline focused with
time demands, incomplete information, or unexpected events Ability
to work in a team environment and collaborate with peers Ability to
travel up to 40%. Local and international travel will be required
Preferred experience: 1+ years experience in managing clinical
studies 1+ years experience coding in SQL 1+ years experience
taking health measures (e.g blood pressures) in a patient-facing
role (e.g. medical assistant, nurse, pharmacist) Experience working
