Drive, not ride. With a dedication to service, our Sales team goes
out and executes in the market. That's how you build relationships.
You'll work closely with regional sales to drive revenue growth and
profitability, achieving sales goals for Regional accounts. This is
an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, high energy teammate
to grow business with major retailers. Reports to: Director of
Sales Direct Reports: None Location: Remote work from home, ideally
in the West Region (Seattle, WA or Portland, OR)#LI-Remote Annual
Bonus Eligibility: 25% Plus, a stipend to cover your time on the
- Drive all Regional retail accounts (grocery/drug/convenience)
in the OR, WA & Eastern WA Markets, in order to meet the set
objectives, annual volume, and profitability targets, while
impacting the overall business plans and strategies for the
- Develop business plans and meaningful KPI's, including annual
and monthly sales objectives, with new and established accounts.
Align strategies with the Director/Vice President responsible for
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volumes
of targeted distribution channels and creating avenues to increase
volume via ACV analysis, syndicated data analysis, promotional
efficiency, and service levels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends on pricing,
products, deliver schedules, techniques, etc., making
recommendations where necessary.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to all key account
customers to include new items, promo strategies, brand/category
recommendations, and category/brand market trends via syndicated
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing and other key stakeholders
to implement key sales proposals and execute distribution
strategies to service retail commitments.
- In conjunction sales leadership, develop annual budgets,
monitoring throughout the year for opportunities for greater
efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at
all times, advising your immediate manager of any food safety
and/or quality issues.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum of five(5) years of sales experience, ideally with
Consumer Package Goods and/or beverages.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to travel up to 40-50%, occasionally working evenings
and weekends as needed for special assignments.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. This
role is safety sensitive. This means that as part of your core
responsibilities you will be regularly responsible for your own
safety and/or the safety of others (e.g., driving on behalf of the
company, working in a warehouse/plant environment). Rain Makers
