We are looking for a high caliber, innovative Technical Principal Product Manager with a passion for innovation, and developing and enabling new payment product functionality globally, to join the WW Installments team, one of the fastest growing businesses within Amazon CP. The WW Installments team s charter is to empowering customers to buy the things they want / need on Amazon with affordable installment payment options. The ideal candidate is a tenured Technical Principal Product Manager (or Technical Program Manager) excited about Innovation, who can work across business lines, multiple countries, and time zones, to develop centralized, scalable installment solutions to surprise and delight our customers. This Senior PMT will be a strategic leader to the organization, responsible for managing the WW Installments Customer Coverage pillar (strategy, roadmap, prioritization, progress tracking), which is core to delivering on our vision of ensuring all customers have the option of buy the things they want / need on Amazon with affordable installment payment options. This lead will work across geographies and Installment product owners to identify and prioritize core installment enablement capabilities and needs, identifying gaps and solutions to address. They will work closely with tech to prioritize WW Installment enablement functionality and gather requirements. This person will be responsible for developing the customer coverage strategy to get us to our 90% coverage goal, including identifying new opportunities to provide customers with installment solutions (i.e. alternate installment products, "soft landing" product alternates), and will be responsible for tracking, managing Customer Coverage goal progress. The role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with engineering, UX design and research, data science, applied science, program management, legal, finance, installment products and geographies and marketing to deliver on our installment coverage goals, and providing customers with access to installments.

Key job responsibilitiesThe key responsibilities for this role will include, but not limited to:--- Developing the customer coverage strategy to get us to our 90% coverage goal, including identifying new opportunities to provide customers with installment solutions (i.e. alternate installment "soft landing" product alternates products).--- Working across geographies and Installment products, owners to identify and prioritize core installment enablement capabilities and needs, identifying gaps and solutions to address.--- Working closely with tech to prioritize WW Installment enablement functionality and gather requirements. --- Champion and gain buy-in of the strategy and roadmap from partner teams through collaboration, documentation, negotiation and effectively influence peers and senior management--- Develop a global enablement plan / model based on a centralized solution, with bespoke, last mile customer support needs.--- Lead efficient and effective program implementations, including tracking progress of client integrations.--- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and develop key insights into actionable products, feature enhancements, value proposition and best practices that can be shared with global stakeholders.--- Developing business cases for new product opportunities and product constructs.--- Ensuring consistent, seamless payment experiences across all WW Installment products.--- Working with the analytics team to track goal progress.Basic Qualifications --- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.--- 10+ years relevant work experience in technical product management or technical program management.--- Strong project and product management experience with experience managing global initiatives--- Excellent communication (written/oral) and stakeholder / partner management.--- Strong bias for action, and ability to work independently toward stated goals using good judgement in spite of ambiguity--- The ability to define product opportunities (product, position, value proposition), map the customer experience and identify opportunities to enhance, and simplify. --- Proven track record implementing quality programs and / or products with spirit of continuous improvements--- Strong problem solver. --- High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and prove ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.--- An ability and interest in working with global teams in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Preferred Qualifications --- Consumer payments or financial services experience a plus, a clear understanding of payments globally even better! --- General manager / owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive, proven ability to influence others--- Experience in managing an integrating roadmaps--- Experience with global coordination and implementation.--- Experience using analysis, reporting, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions.--- Program management experience a plus given global coordination, and business line collaboration.
