Director of Culture MEAL PLAN, LLCGRADUATE SEATTLEThis leadership position unites creative brand expression with concrete execution of company initiatives through managing select operations, events, and partnerships. It focuses on both external and internal development of the Meal Plan group of brands to further their position as visionary leaders in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Scope: Mountaineering Club, Poindexter Coffee, any other Meal Plan business as needed.Essential Duties:Advance and protect the vision, values, and mission of Meal Plan. Work alongside Food & Beverage Director to craft company culture, as well as drive brand initiatives that include, but are not limited to, events, collaborations, and partnerships. Regularly engage outside of the hotel (such as attending events and socializing in the creative, hospitality, and university communities) as a representative of the Meal Plan group of brands as a means to further brand awareness and discover opportunities for collaboration. Identify and establish strategic and creative partnerships, events, and collaborations; Focusing on goals to increase revenue or increase brand value-- and most often, but not always, both at once.Manage entertainment bookings and invoicing. Oversee the execution of events, collaborations, and partnerships on or off site.Facilitate timely and effective communication between teams, internal (food, bar, support staff, social media, etc.), and external (clients, partners, etc.), to execute events and activities. Create and execute email marketing of news & events (platform: Mailchimp) Monitor guest data and contribute to reputation monitoring & management Oversee a cohesive client-facing brand experience and quality standard by providing guidance on visual and communication touchpoints -- from display copy (website, menus, customer communications) to onsite. Proactively support and enact company communication and company development, staff culture and cohesion Provide leadership and support to aid in the success and professional progress of staff Communicate and collaborate with Graduate Hotel Marketing, Sales, and Management teams to ensure smooth and effective operations and co-brand initiativesGraphic design skills and familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop or Canva a plus Salary Range $70-80k, Potential Bonuses, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Paid Time Off, Employee Discounts.For consideration please submit a resume in PDF format.
