Put your passion to work at Seagen and join us!Position Summary:This position drives management and execution of Global Compliance Operations' objectives for Seagen. The position will be responsible for aspects of the Legal Compliance Program related to Compliance Training, and Communication.Principal Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Seagen's Compliance department maintains an effective training and communication program by driving plans, strategies, and content. This includes but it is not limited to:
    • Owning enterprise-wide Compliance week plans and execution
    • Oversight, accuracy, and upkeep of the Compliance internal web presence
    • Oversight of Compliance communication templates
    • Owning Compliance communications and communication plans
    • Ensuring Compliance training modules are up to date, effective, conform with internal standards, and align with adult learning principles
    • Development and execution of the Compliance training plan and role-based training initiatives
      • This position will manage day-to-day training completion and reporting activities with a goal of 95% on time completion of all Compliance training by Seagen staff. This includes but is not limited to:
        • Creating and executing a plan for staff reminders and late training follow-up
        • Creating and reporting on training metrics for all Compliance courses
        • Managing live training reporting and tracking for Compliance led live training activities
          • Work with the Compliance learning management system Admin to ensure correct application of above in the Seagen environmentRequired Qualifications:
            • Experience in Biotech, Pharma, or the healthcare industry
            • Project management experience
            • Superior computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Adobe
            • Ability to understand and manage multiple SaaS and internal systems
            • Experience building process flows related to contracting or policy administration
            • Must have superior attention to detail and organizational skills
            • Strong multi-tasking abilities, immediate response action to tasks and personnel requests for assistance
            • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to handle changing priorities if needed in a fast-paced environment
            • Requires knowledge of general policy process and documentation practices
            • Requires a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism and be able to work well with employees at all levels of skill and authority throughout the company
            • Bachelor's degree
            • 3-5 years of biotech/ pharmaceutical training and communication experience; or 8+ years of relevant experience at a mid to large size company working in training and communication
            • Ability to work independently to solve problems and recommend solutions, but also collaboratively as part of a team
            • Demonstrated ability to consult or advise internal customers or clients with the ability to build strong relationships and influence
            • Ability to optimize cooperation between departments, win converts to innovation and change
            • Ability to resolve conflicts with departments or individuals resistant to change
            • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to direct multiple complex and confidential tasks
            • Ability to travel up to 1-3 times per yearPreferred Qualifications:
              • Change Management experience
