For more information, visit The Senior Product Marketing Managers primary responsibility is to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that drive demand, adoption, support ongoing engagement and ensure leadership positioning for Virtuoso Consumer products. Specific emphasis is on Virtuoso, The Magazine; Wanderlist and Virtuoso.com, encompassing various featured sponsored content and ad products within the .com ecosystem. This role also encompasses participation within the product team for the development of and go-to-market plans for new product innovation. Key to the success of this role is acting as a key collaborator within the product team to help define, align, and deliver desired outcomes. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Align closely with the Consumer Product Team to establish and articulate desired outcomes and create a roadmap to achieving desired results through well executed marketing plans.
Develop and oversee execution of comprehensive B to C marketing and communication plans to deliver specific KPIs and defined outcomes such as growth in consumer sign-ups, adoption and ongoing engagement
Develop and execute comprehensive B to B communication plans targeting internal stakeholders, Virtuoso members (advisors) and partners (travel suppliers) to cement the key value proposition of each product in support of driving sales for key advertising offerings within each consumer product.
Establish and manage annual budgets in conjunction with product management team for delivery of campaigns and materials to support Consumer Product marketing plans
Work in tandem with Network Product Marketing to ensure Consumer Products are well positioned and promoted on Virtuoso-owned channels (i.e. Virtuoso.com; Virtuoso email; annual media kit; Event App) for the purpose of network adoption and ad sales
Brief and direct creative teams to craft and deliver compelling messages across marketing channels that drive demand for Consumer products with specific emphasis on driving/growing adoption and engagement among consumers and maximizing ad sales across the network
Project manage the design and approval process for materials and product collateral for print, email, web, events, social media, and video as needed in support of executing a well-defined marketing plan.
Keep Public Relations and Content development teams informed of new product developments, milestones and successes which may be promoted through PR and/or Virtuoso event content.
Build internal and external teams and disciplines to optimize productivity seasonally flexing up/down as demand requires with external agencies and contractors as needed.
Work with International/regional teams on the development of adapted or new consumer products to ensure regional relevancy of product and marketing campaigns to support them.
Funnel customer feedback and knowledge of market opportunities into the Consumer Product Team, champion new products within the team to drive customer product adoption.
Plan and lead go-to-market activities for new consumer products and feature launches. Integrate Product Marketing Planning and perspective into the full lifecycle of product development from inception to post-release measurement and optimization. Education and Skills requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
7+ years of related work experience in marketing or similar publishing role
Strong digital and print media experience
Experience in travel category a plus, but not required
Ability to inspire others in a team atmosphere
Ability to work across functions and departments
Self-starter proficient at initiating workflow
Excellent project management skills able to manage up and down
Strong communication skills
Strong budget management skills
Solutions oriented and driven
Keen eye for creative, detail and quality

Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills Travel Requirements Infrequent travel may be required to attend company events. (3-5 trips per year)
Travel will be primarily domestic; however, there will likely be occasion for international travel. Type & Nature of Contacts Internal: Key job contacts are primarily with managers and executives outside of the jobs immediate work unit/department.
