Here's where you come in:
We are currently seeking an amazingMaintenance ManagerFellow to join our Shop and Logistics Team in Seattle.
You're great at:
Project Management

  • Oversees all aspects of assigned teams to include training quality and delivery KPIs.
  • Ensures that the appropriate staffing levels are maintained through approving and managing of time off, overtime and inclement weather preparations and management.
  • Defines and manages performance KPIs for assigned teams and individuals.
  • Ensures that quality standards are met through monitoring of work orders and calls.
  • Drives the safety vision for the department.
  • Coordinates with other shop locations.
  • Ensures that assigned projects are delivered on time and on budget.

    Team Support

    • Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly operations reporting.
    • Responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive and supportive work environment and team that delivers superior service and a preferred place to work.
    • Works collaboratively with other McKinstry departments to ensure service standards are maintained.

      What we would like to see from you:

      • Five (5) years of experience in a maintenance management position.
      • Five (5) years of experience in construction field work, investigating customer technical issues and managing field staff preferred.
      • Bachelor's degree in business construction management, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience required.
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
      • Trade Certification or license in HVAC / Plumbing / Engineering preferred.
