Job Description Summary

The Experience Cloud Unified Experience team drives a continuous, performant, and extensible user experience for our customers across all Experience Cloud applications. To constantly improve the user experience, we operate a top-of-line Product Analytics program that help our products to better understand their customers and optimize the experience accordingly.

You will play a key role in developing the vision, strategy, and execution of our Product Analytics program. You will define requirements and deliver a highly scalable, reliable, and enlightening Data Analytics service that evolves alongside our products. You will lead a small but proficient team of engineers, prioritize their work, coordinate with other development teams, capture requirements and communicate product analytics vision and strategy to leadership.

What you'll do

* Define the overarching architecture & strategy around data collection and reporting to drive critical areas for the product teams to build a top notch Product Analytics offering

* Provide a strong customer perspective in engineering and architecture discussions

* Drive prototyping and early conceptualization of new product features and capabilities

What is required to succeed

* BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Sciences, Statistics, or a related analytics field.

* 3+ years of product management or 5+ years of equivalent engineering role with deep expertise in building end-to-end analytics programs. Similar consulting experience also valid.

* Experience working in Data analytics & tag management solutions. Expertise with Adobe Analytics / Adobe Data Collection (f.k.a Adobe Launch) is a plus.

* An understanding that while building platforms, the "how" is as meaningful as the "what".

* Strong Project Management skills, including breaking down large objectives into critical achievements and managing linear and orthogonal work

* Knowledge of big data platforms and data science is a big plus.

* Strong data-driven analytical abilities to back up assumptions, recommendations and deliver exceptional user experiences

* Dedicated with the ability to make things happen with minimal mentorship; think strategically and implement tactically.

Pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role if based in New York City.

New York Starting Salary $146,800 - $190,700

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
