Control the sanitation and organization of the kitchen, equipment,

Maintain clear communications among your kitchen staff and between
the kitchen and corporate teams.
Handle all administrative management duties including scheduling,
inventory, financials, and more.
Hire, train and develop the kitchen team. Requirements Minimum of 5
years of kitchen experience
Minimum of 2 years of management experience
Strong foundation in culinary and kitchen skills, including
knife/prep work, sautee, and more.
Can stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
