Location: Lynnwood, WA Salary: Competitive Description: The Judge Group has partnered with an Aerospace & Electronics supplies company! Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite/2 Days Remote) Lynnwood, WA Responsibilities ---Direct the management and implementation of multiple programs: develop project plans and timelines; make staffing decisions based on assessment of team members' skills and workloads; and identify obstacles ---Manage a large group of professionals indirectly, and/or or matrix managed through other groups and/or business units ---Provide training and development opportunities and serve in mentoring role for team ---Defining the project scope, goals and deliverables to support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders ---Supervise the development of full-scale project plans and associated communication documents. ---Developing and implementing methods for tracking projects' key parameters; taking appropriate actions should KPIs indicate poor or inadequate performance ---Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion ---Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis ---Creating, executing and updating project work plans as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements ---Identifying and recommending the internal and/or external resources required for the timely completion of projects ---Managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects ---Proactively managing changes in project scope, anticipating potential problems, and proactively devising contingency plans ---Holding regular program review meetings and ensuring effective project communications within the organization ---Resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion ---Building, developing, and grow business relationships ---Developing best practices and tools for project management and execution in a fast-paced product development environment Minimum Requirements ---10+ years of related project/program management experience, product development, and/or project/product management. Has an adequate understanding of key elements of the product development process. ---Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline ---PMP Certification is desirable. ---Experience in Six Sigma disciplines especially problem solving techniques is strongly desired ---Proven track record of excellent project management skills demonstrated for challenging client, complex interrelated or technically oriented projects ---Excellent consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills ---Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers ---Critical thinker with excellent judgment and strong initiative ---Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential ---Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities ---Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment is crucial ---Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating ---Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources ---Strong written and oral communication skills ---Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies ---Familiarity with project management software is required ---Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information.
