The Product Management team works closely with stakeholders, guests, data, and leadership to understand goals, gaps and opportunities, create vision and strategies and partner with technology teams to bring roadmaps to fruition. The Director, Product Management oversees the digital strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution of lululemon+me, commerce & transactions, App, Loyalty, and more. a day in the life: what you'll do

  • Deliver the vision, strategy and roadmap for Omni services that power ALL guest-data and gated experiences that delight our guests.
  • Directly lead the work of 50+ engineers in technology orgs for Omni Profile, Membership, Account, Identity, Preferences, and Security. Directly lead priorities and deliveries of our strategic partners.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with partners representing a broad range of backgrounds and disciplines (technology, brand, creative, ecommerce, merchandising, product management, Contact Centre, Retail Technology, Membership, Events)
  • Communicate with senior leaders on product strategy, execution, budget, status and mitigation of risks
  • Leads facilitation and negotiations cross-functionally, w/ 3rd party vendors on complex projects or situations
  • Proposes and influences new ideas; gains alignment cross-functionally; armed with known and broad skill-set
  • Interacts with business stakeholders up to executive level, leads solutions, contributes by providing deep expertise qualifications
    • Experience: 10+ experience product management in ecommerce, analytics, data, profile, identity, MarTech, and/or security across a variety of industries and verticals
    • Experience working in a large, complex, organization
    • Familiarity working in an agile environment
    • Education: Minimum BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred)
    • Skills : Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented; Strong multi-tasking ability; Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets; Ability to build relationships with key business partners and other brand stakeholders; Execution and results-focused, with emphasis on on-time delivery; ability to structure complex work streams must haves
