You'll spearhead the efforts of passionate and dedicated teams of architects, aligning cross-functional and cross-line of business projects, ensuring that they're fiscally and technically within reason. You'll collaborate with internal teams and business leaders alike, creating strategically sound Target State Architectures that can handle today's needs and be ready for tomorrow's needs as well. Of course, you'll also have a stake in budgeting, hiring, mentoring, setting team priorities, and fostering a client-centric environment where everyone learns and grows. You'll be able to innovate in collaboration with technologists across JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s global technology community, as well as in partnership with some of the most important technology firms in the world Responsibilities
    • Define architecture and design patterns to facilitate efficient uplift of existing (and development of new) IAM services
    • Participate in architecture reviews of IAM services as a representative of IAM Strategy and Architecture
    • Contribute to definition of standards, requirements and security expectations of architecture "big-bets" and strategies for the IAM organization
    • Translate and represent CTC and JPMC's firm-wide policies and security standards to an engineering audience and influence development efforts This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
      • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
      • Seasoned expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
      • Mastery of architecture, design, and business processes
        • Demonstrated experience architecting and developing security controls that integrate well with an organizations security development lifecycle.
        • Domain knowledge in the following areas Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management and Authentication / Authorization most preferred.
        • Ability to deliver, practical, actionable and pragmatic solutions to cross functional architecture problems.
        • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a high-velocity, distributed software engineering organization.
        • Good communication skills and can comfortably translate compliance and security requirements to product implementation requirements.
        • Adapt to evolving security and business priorities quickly and effectively. Loves new technological challenges and excels at solving them.
        • Complete understanding of industry-wide technology strategies and best practices
        • Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
