Description:Provide superior customer serviceAssist in conducting
market surveysShow, lease, and move in prospective community
membersUpdate unit availability dailyProcess rental
applicationsProcess maintenance work ordersAdhere to the Trinity
operating procedures and policiesReceive and process collections in
accordance with company standardsCollect past due balances from
former community membersClerical and phone supportMaintain all
resident files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all paperwork
and documentationMaintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins,
ensuring all move-in appointments are completed and all apartments
are inspected to ensure all apartments are move-in ready to
Trinity's standardsDemonstrate ability to resolve resident
complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to the Community
ManagerConduct community member move-out apartment inspections and
complete deposit accountings with Community Manager's
approvalMaintain all account records and transactions including
NSF's, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and other
management approved debits and creditsAdditional tasks or duties
assigned by SupervisorSpecial Requirements:Physical demands:The
team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk,
hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The
employee may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision
requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance
vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
focus. The employee will be required to work at a personal computer
and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess
the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be
available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as
needed.Attendance/Travel:This position is a full-time position and
may require the availability to work some nights, weekends, and
occasional holidays. The position also requires regular attendance
and active participation/planning at company functions and

Development:Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional

education programsEducation:High school education or equivalent is
requiredCPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA Certifications are preferred but not
requiredAccurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and
use all on-site resident management software functionsProfessional
Experience:Two years of experience in residential property
