& Simulation (A&S) Directorate is responsible for algorithm
development including Guidance, Navigation, and Control; radio
frequency (RF) and electro-optical/infrared (EO-IR) Signal
Processing; and missile-and-sensor-level Modeling and Simulation
for RMD's broad portfolio of projects, programs, and products. The
Flight Sciences department, within Guidance, Navigation and Control
(GNC) is looking for a motivated and dependable Aerodynamicist w/
CFD expertise to perform in the role of* CFD Section Lead* at our

Anticipate: ** The *CFD Section Lead* will have a technical role on
at least one program in addition to performing the day-to-day
leadership of a group of Aero & CFD engineers, with the primary
responsibility of ensuring that each employee has suitable work
assignments and opportunities for growth and advancement.* Your
duties will include performance development and appraisal, salary
planning, manpower planning, career coaching, and ensuring
adherence to company policies.* You will contribute to the
technical oversight of employees, monitor program execution, and
provide subject matter expertise in direct support of program
efforts and proposal activities. An advanced degree in a related
field may be substituted for three (3) additional years of
experience *Qualifications You Must Have:** Bachelor's of Science
degree in Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Mathematics, or Physics* Eight (8) years of experience in
aerodynamic design and/or analysis of flight vehicles * Experience
in at least three of the following: running external flow CFD
solution, CFD mesh/grid generation, vehicle design for stability
and control, aerodynamic prediction, wind tunnel testing,
aerodynamic model generation and/or trajectory simulation.*
Aerodynamics experience with any of the following: subsonic,
transonic, supersonic, or hypersonic air vehicles* Experience
coding in Matlab, C++ and/or Python* An active and in-scope Secret
US security clearance*Qualifications We Value:** Prior experience

disciplines* Strong knowledge of fundamental concepts, with high
level of analytical ability to drive technical solutions* Ability

skills* Experience with capture effort coordination and developing
proposals to obtain funding, spanning technical proposal
