We're looking for a group manager to join the Integrated Product Strategy team, leading Go To Market strategy and seasonal campaign planning for the dynamic US product organization. Integrated Product Strategy sits inside of the Product Portfolio team - strategically planning and analyzing what products we plan for go-to-market and when. Works in closer partnership with Brand marketing, portfolio analytics, and Food, Beverage and Lobby teams. Strong strategy, business acumen, storytelling, cross-functional and power point skills required. - As a group manager, you will---

  • Be a people leader
  • Set GTM product priorities for seasonal promotions from a portfolio perspective
  • Manage the 24 marketing of product calendar to identify and brief in innovation opportunities to Product Centers of Excellence We'd -love -to hear from people with:
    • Experience building, leading, and mentoring teams
    • Strategic thinking and story-telling skills
    • Keen critical thinking and analytical skills
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Consistently uses communications skills to influence outcomes
    • Ability to confidently develop and deliver recommendations to sr. leadership and cross functional teams
    • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Advanced knowledge of program and project management principles
    • Passion for products
    • Strong people skills - both cross functionally and as a leader of others
    • Excellent power point skills Basic Qualifications:
      • Bachelors degree or 4 or more years of US military experience
      • At least 5yrs of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management or product management Preferred Qualifications:
        • MBA
        • Progressive experience in product or brand management: 6-10 years
