an experienced Marketing Program Manager to join their team in
Seattle, WA. In this role, you will provide operational support for
an adjacent Marketing Team focused on planning, coordinating, and
motivating all team members to complete project deliverables.
Success in this position requires a proven ability in operational
excellence with strong strategic thinking and project management
skills, as well as the ability to influence all levels of the
organization to drive change; earning trust with key stakeholders
and building a sense of ownership across teams is critical.
Duties:
- Manage portfolio of Campaigns and maintain Marketing Calendar
as source of truth for all releases, new assets, promotions,
campaigns, and posts
- Oversee the distribution of all Campaign Assets to support
Partner Marketers with PDP and landing page updates and
improvements on retailer.com pages
- Work with Partner Marketers to compile paid media
reporting
- Prepare and align internal marketing communications across
channel and category teams
- Support and execute rhythm of business activities for the NA
Xbox Marketing team, including driving the overall cadence,
preparation of materials, offsites and other events
- Assist in managing rhythm of the business internal meetings for
the Xbox Marketing team and to proactively find ways to improve
efficiency/impact (e.g., quarterly reporting, plan
development)
- Own and drive the team-wide marketing budget, including opening
POs, managing accruals, flagging under/over-spend and weekly
reporting
- Coordinate project schedules including participation in
meetings, documentation, tracking action items for program
successes
- Manage shipping & samples process for Xbox channel and category
marketing teams
- Maintain team tools and standard templates
- Support marketing programs - across our retail partners and at
national level - that could be managing agencies or working
internally to secure the support needed to execute (CELA, creative
review/approvals)
- Lead point on planning & execution of Vision Partner Planning
Meetings and Manager Shows across Retail partners (Walmart,
GameStop, etc.)
- Drive operations and compliance for high priority third-party
retail program - driving seamless execution and 100% compliance
across multiple North America partners
- Cross-department partnership and collaboration, managing
multiple stakeholders - and keeping them accountable for timelines
and deliverables; (AEs, channel, Category)
- Development of contracts and program letters; (CELA, OPS)
- Compliance/ managing escalations - monitoring and escalating
performance against contractual PO - if not compliant, why - and
what's the plan to get there knowing when to escalate to me for
support
- Quarterly program reporting -
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in program and/or project
management
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and
communicating results to senior leadership
- Ability to work independently and as a team member while using
discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem
solving
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple
responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects and
programs, collaborating, and influencing across all levels of an
organization
- Self-starter and a problem-solver with a bias for action
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects - work
prioritization, planning and task delegation
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving
results
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
