Job Description:
Responsibilities As the Project Director, ERP Transformation,
you will:
- Design, implement, manage and facilitate all aspects of the ERP
Transformation to provide coordination and deployment of strategic
planning/visioning, PM Administration, facilitation of project
meetings, facilitation of project leadership meetings, and
personnel development and management.
- Monitor and facilitate the integration of the ERP
Transformation (tasks, people, budget, issues, risks, change
management etc. ), work with the Director of Business Management
Applications to ensure implementation of Children's project
methodology and standards.
- The Project Director, ERP Transformation will provide technical
leadership and managerial oversight for functional and development
teams, including external consultants. His or her job is to
understand not only the technical environment, but also the
functional requirements for Seattle Children's. The project entails
configuration, integration, customization, extensions, testing,
migration, deployment, support, change management and
enhancement.The person in this role must factor in the people,
process and technology needs of Seattle Children's while planning
and executing the rollout. The Project Director will partner with
various internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain,
Research, HR and IT) and with external partners to ensure on-budget
and on-time deployment.From the outset, the Project Director must
be cognizant of the long-term impact of early decisions. While
leveraging state-of-the-art features of a new platform, we must
balance the unique workflows already well-implemented in existing
systems that can be easily migrated to the cloud. The goal of this
transformation is to empower our team members and optimize internal
operations. An ideal candidate possesses intellectual curiosity,
out-of-the-box thinking, strong problem-solving skills, excellent
communication skills, and an ability to work and influence across
multiple stakeholder groups. Requirements Required
Education/Experience: - Bachelors degree in IT or Information
Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field,
certification or equivalent technical training/work experience -
Five years demonstrated program management leadership experience in
the delivery and execution of medium to large system implementation
projects using proven methodologies - Eight years management
experience developing and leading teams. - Direct experience in
major systems deployment and operations in a multi-site
environment. Required Credentials: - N/A Preferred: - MBA or
relevant advanced degree preferred - Certification in Product or
Change Management is Highly preferred- Direct experience in major
systems deployment and operations in a multi-site healthcare
environment is preferred Min to Max Hourly Salary Min: USD
$79.95/Hr. Max: USD $119.92/Hr. Min to Max Annual Salary Min
Salary: USD $166,296.00 Max Salary: USD $249,433.60 Salary
Information This compensation range was calculated based on
full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers
are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills,
experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range
provided.The union pay ranges can be found on the Seattle
Children's website here: WSNA - UFCWSeattle Children's offers
annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate
