The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in maximizing hotel value by achieving revenue growth, expense control, outstanding product quality, guest service and employee satisfaction through overall leadership, guidance and direction of the hotel management team within the framework of company policies and procedures and brand standards. Administers Human Resources and Account Receivable/Account Payable procedures in accordance with company policies, procedures and state and federal laws while promoting a safe, fair, and positive work environment.ABOUT USAt Hollander Hospitality, we align our people with their passion, providing award-winning service and memorable experiences. Variable schedule; Must be available weekends and holidays


$65,478.40 - $70,478.40 base salary annually/DOE

Hotel operations and departmental interdependencies.

Hire, motivate, develop and direct employees as they work; identifying the best people for the job.
Add, subtract, multiply and divide with accuracy.
Work varying schedules to reflect business needs of the hotel, including evenings, weekends and holidays and maintain 24-hour availability via cell phone.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three years to five years of related experience and/or training, preferably in the hospitality industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Light Work: Exerting up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.This work requires the following physical activities: Standing, pulling, grasping, seeing, crouching, lifting, hearing, reaching, pushing, repetitive motions, talking.
