Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include:

- Work closely with the software team(s) to facilitate agile development. Scrum Master for multiple development teams. Develop and own user story management, schedules, quality, and critical deliverables.

- Identify and mitigate risks and facilitate trade-offs for the agile product development team.

- Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders.

- Collaborate with management and partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, and/or business practices to resolve issues and accelerate and improve results.

- Investigate and recommend solutions related to our products and product development.

- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities. Support the team to "learn fast" and act on our learnings.

Required experience and skills:

- 6-10+ years of experience with software development including at least 3+ years of experience with program management and/or scrum master responsibilities.

- Extensive experience with program planning tools to create, manage, and track project results. ADO or Jira preferred.

- Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.

- External vendor management preferred.

- Curiosity to learn new things and drive to turn knowledge into business value.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

- Scrum Master certification (CSM) preferred.

- PMP/PMI certification preferred.
