Read more: The primary focus of the QC Associate II is to provide support for sample management and routine laboratory operations. This role is responsible for performing and coordinating sample accessioning, testing, shipping and data handling.This is for a Wed. - Sat. PM shift 1:30pm-midnightEducation:--- BS in a scientific disciplineQualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant analytical testing or QC experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work in a high paced team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work from multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with others.
  • Computer proficiency as well as the ability to master new software programs.
  • Experience working in a regulated (GxP) environment.Primary Responsibilities of Role:
    • Coordinate the logistics of sample receipt, internal testing and external testing.
    • Deliver samples to internal testing labs prioritized by required turnaround times.
    • Ship samples to external test labs and prepare associated paperwork.
    • Assemble QC test data packets for lot release.
    • Perform inventory maintenance.
    • Maintain QC data files and perform data archival as required.
    • Maintain instrumentation and supporting documentation in a GMP compliant manner.
    • Respond to equipment alarms.
    • Perform equipment maintenance tasks.
    • Conduct regular meetings with external testing laboratories.
    • Assist in the implementation of new products in LIMS.The starting compensation for this jobis a range from $59,000 - $75,000, plus incentive cash and stockopportunities (based on eligibility).The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job isperformed.
