product! We are seeking multiple Mid-Level Digital Transformation
Project Engineers (Level 3) with highly capable technical
integration talent, to join our team in Everett, Washington.The
selected candidates will play a critical role in defining and
delivering process and tool capability to Boeing Commercial
Airplane (BCA) Product Development and beyond. This is a technical
program integration manager role responsible for defining,
aligning, and leading the execution of the statement of work
required to develop, capture, organize, and manage requirements and
deliver solutions to BCA's next product. This role will closely
partner with and help translate BCA needs and the vision of the
various functions across the value stream into decisions,
direction, and actionable statement of work for the Digital
Transformation functional and Information Technology (IT) teams.
This role will provide cross-functional engineering leadership to
high-priority projects and is accountable to Digital
Transformation's Chief Engineer.Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams at all levels and lead
conversations and collaboration to converge on key program
decisions and remove impediments
- Project management of specific cross-functional projects from
ideation to execution across the Digital Transformation team
- Facilitate teams, develop requirements, monitor and respond to
technical developments, manage risks, develop integrated plans, and
lead execution of projects to completion
- Provide visibility and clarity to leadership on execution of
assigned projects or team plans
- Identify and coordinate resources required over the life of the
project or program
- Identify program risks, constraints, and enablers and define
plans for mitigationThis position is hybrid. This means that the
selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at
one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's
discretion and could potentially change in the future. On-site work
will be at a minimum of 4-5 days per week.This position must meet
export control compliance requirements. To meet export control
compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R.
-120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful
permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience):
- A Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an
accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science,
mathematics, physics or chemistry
- 3+ years of experience leading and partnering with
cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship
management
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- 1+ years of experience leading teams or projects formally or
informallyPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Domain Experience: Experience working in any of the following
domains: Systems Engineering, Airplane Design, Production
Engineering, Manufacturing, Certification, Verification &
Validation Supplier Collaboration
- Integration skills: Experience with building consensus,
negotiating and empowering teams to deliver results where process
definition may not yet exist or is unclear
- Rapid learner: Rapidly learn new domains of knowledge to a
degree necessary to effectively listen, synthesize and, when
necessary, negotiate between competing functional/ business
objectives
- Systems Thinking: Understand the big picture and the
inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system,
including the impact of changes in one area on another area. This
includes experience to see and understand the inter-relationships
between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events,
and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate
performance
- Communication skills: Experience translating complex issues
into cohesive, actionable components and communicate at an
executive level
- Relationship Building: Experience building trust with a large
network of technical and functional experts, and our customer
programs, to effectively listen and understand their needs and
translate into a vision and requirements for their Digital
Transformation (comfortable leading projects across teams both
virtually and in person)Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical
education from an accredited course of study in engineering,
computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor)
and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an
equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.
PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET
accreditation is the preferred, although not required,
accreditation standard.Relocation: This position offers relocation

Summary pay range: $94,350 - $127,650Export Control Requirements:
