Boeing Global Services, Training Solutions organization is seeking
a Product Analyst for Learner Solutions team. This role will focus
on creating user stories/ backlog items/ requirements by
collaborating with airline customers and internal stakeholders like
Pilot SMEs and Instructional System Designers. This will also
involve working closely with development team to implement the
requirements and overseeing the acceptance criteria. The role
requires experience with cloud based software delivery in an agile
manner.
Position Responsibilities:
Evaluates business opportunities to define and optimize the product
portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets,
market trends, new technology, customer business issues and the
competitive environment.
Applies broad knowledge of company product capabilities and service
offerings with in-depth analysis of market position to create and
expand the portfolio of products and solution alternatives.
Works closely with product development to create products and
validates early product definitions with customers.
Uses technical expertise and extensive industry experience to
formulate product strategies and identify new product
opportunities.
Responsible for developing project plans designed to address
customer needs and/or expand market share.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate
will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed
location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could
potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ years of experience in product owner role
3+ years of experience with digital software development
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on
changing requirements
Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and
development
Developing user stories
Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the
process
Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical
education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related
work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education
and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience,
9 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
This position is located in a location that does not offer
relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate
at their own expense.

Average Pay Summary: $91,800 - $124,200
