We are looking for a - Sr. Program Manager, - within the DTC Global Product Operations Fraud and Abuse team. As a Sr. Program Manager you will play a critical role in evolving and developing the global strategy for Fraud and Abuse mitigation and controls specific to direct-to-consumer subscription products for Warner Bros Discovery. - You will work closely and collaborate with other members of the Global Fraud and Abuse team, Product Growth, Engineering, Marketing and local market teams to actively ensure that fraud strategies are honed, refined and performing effectively as the market landscape and our brands evolve. Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Participate in the creation of global business requirements definition identification of product/technology solutions and implementation of a robust and scalable global fraud program for Warner Bros Discovery. -
  • Contribute to the development of a safe and robust user credential management and authentication ecosystem to ensure user accounts are used in accordance with Warner Bros Discovery's terms of service. -
  • Work with Fraud and Abuse Analysts to identify opportunities to prevent and mitigate credential sharing, account theft, and other forms of unauthorized service access.
  • Engage with Product Growth and Engineering teams to build new technical and business solutions and mitigate fraud risk.
  • Prepare - DTC Platforms for international deployment and develop strategies to handle unique market conditions within each marketplace.
  • Review service data with the analytics team to identify novel attacks and abuse methods. - Qualifications & Experience...
    • -Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and narrow in on areas of opportunity.
    • Hands on, proactive and willing to be immersed in all aspects of Warner Bros Discovery products and operational functions to support fraud and compliance mandates
    • Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results with internal stakeholders as well as global, multi-cultural and remote project teams.
    • Proven ability to communicate program strategies to upper management, aligning fraud and abuse program goals to that of the broader organization
    • Proven expertise in building winning business cases, translating them into stories to gain approval, and delivering strong P&L results.
    • Strong track record of synthesizing products and services from multiple functional areas into value propositions that align with regional or local customer needs.
    • Solid understanding of fraud and security as it relates to digital products & services, as well as an external solutions merchant and/or acquiring business, and subscription workflow.
    • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to manage integrated product solutions spanning multiple channels/segments.
    • Assist in responding to incidents involving the Fraud and Abuse team including the creation of executive level reports -
    • With the assistance of the - Fraud and Abuse analytics team, contribute to the creation and improvement of risk and account behavior models.
      • Partner with global and regional Warner Bros Discovery business & legal teams to understand market/regional challenges and regulations with respect to fraud.
      • Participate - with DTC Engineering teams to identify technical and product solutions, as well as help inform product roadmaps with fraud enhancements
      • Support the go-to-market process and interact with technical developers to translate product requirements into technical specifications
      • Aid in the ongoing development and tuning of both in-house and 3rd party fraud vendor solutions
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Bachelor's degree in information security, business, computer science, - or related fields.
      • 2-4 years of experience working in fraud risk management, preferably within a media or subscription company. - Nice to Haves---
        • International business experience in Europe and/or Latin America, second languages a plus
        • Ability to perform data analytics and visualization to identify risky behavior and generate executive reporting using Google, Microsoft, Tableau, Looker, and/or SQL. -
        • Exposure to Amazon AWS development environments -
        • Experience with the fraud and abuse management tooling, either internally developed, or vendor sourced

The Legal Bits--- In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $100,940.00 - $187,460.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
