Property ManagerPart-time: - 20 hours per week - Remote position
that requires travel within the Greater Seattle, WA Area.Salary: -
$35.00-$40.00 per hour (DOE)Southgate Real Estate Ventures, a real
estate investment firm, acquires, adds value and manages properties
in high-growth regions throughout the United States, with a current
focus in the Puget Sound.The successful candidate will have
experience with sales, leasing, or property management. - The
candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and
will interact directly with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
This individual will be assisting with the oversight and leasing of
a portfolio of buildings located within the City of Seattle. - The
Property Manager will report to and work directly with the Owner of
the Company daily.Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
Overseeing ongoing maintenance of
company-owned multifamily assets.Exceptional Customer Service
skills including professional, prompt, and courteous interactions
with residents and vendors; Handle resident, vendor and prospective
resident appointments and showings.Conduct lease renewals; ensure
lease files are complete and filed properly.Perform rent
collection, delinquency, and move-out statements.Maintained a
highly organized filing system for leases, residents, insurance
certificates, vendors, building contracts, and purchase
orders.Clear and concise verbal and written communication
skillsAssisting with daily tenant relations, leasing of
company-owned multifamily assets, acquisition, and dispositions of
assets. - Must have a valid WA State Driver's License and the
ability to travel to the residential assets within the City of
Seattle on a regular basis.What the Successful Property Manager
will have:
Associate or bachelor's degree is
preferred but not required.1 - 2 years of property management,
sales, administrative or leasing experience required. Basic
understanding of Property management software or willingness to
learn AppFolio. Ability to interact with senior management, line
staff and third parties in a positive manner.Ability to prioritize,
multi-task and meet tight timelines.Other:
The ideal candidate will have
regional and local contacts that assist with the company's
multifamily portfolio. The candidate will communicate with tenants
and vendors to maintain buildings, complete maintenance requests,
and efficient turnover of tenants and the re-lease of units. -
Compensation: 20 hours per week
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour (DOE)
