Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Senior Technology Program Manager (Informatica) with a major corporation in Seattle, WA. 4 days per week on-site. Duration : 12 month(s) Description :

• 
  
• The Technology Program Manager will manage a multi-year application migration to Informatica for a large-scale matrix organization with internal and external partners across multiple project teams.
  
• The PM will partner/collaborate with technical delivery leaders, project managers, business teams to manage the end-to-end program.
  
• To the effective in the role the PM should have proven experience leading Informatica projects driving the initiative from planning, requirements gathering, through execution and implementation - time, cost, scope, quality.
  
• To be successful, the PM needs to be able to facilitate technical conversations with the goal to illicit issues/risks migration throughout the course of the initiative.
  
  Must Have:
  
  • 
    
  • 10-14+ years of technology program management experience managing middleware integrations, large financial transformational programs in a large-scale matrix organization; responsible for schedule, budget, and scope; oversight of multiple project managers and vendors
    
  • Proven experience/exposure as a Project, Program or Application Delivery Manager leading enhancements, migrations, or integrations with Informatica delivery teams and platforms.
    
  • PM should have the ability to understand one or more of the following application development tools and techniques:
    
    • 
      
    • Informatica Master Data Management
      
    • Intelligent Data Management Cloud
      
    • Informatica PowerCenter 9.x
      
    • WebMethods 10.x and greater
      
    • MuleSoft
      
      
      
    • 8+ years' experience working with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and continuous integrations and delivery; with solid experience using agile delivery tools
      
      Nice to have:

      • Good knowledge or exposure to WebMethods 10.x and greater: previous hands-on experience, a plus
        
      • Good knowledge or exposure to ETL & API data integration, data engineering, transformation, and warehouse

        JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Program and Project Management Delivery o Accountable and confidently leads and directs cross-functional project teams through highly visible and highly strategic transformation programs, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration and interaction with project sponsor team from start to finish o Create full-scale master program and project schedules and communication plans consisting of multiple projects or components o Ensure proactive scheduling of key deliverables, milestones, and deliverable tasks o Establish program and project financial forecasts including resource plans and other expense plans o Sponsors process and practice improvements in the project management environment and serves as a catalyst for project management excellence o Demonstrates a clear understanding of the program's vision, objectives, scale and scope of work, expected outcomes, business value and impact, timelines, roadmaps , resource level requirements o Creates governance practices and protocols to control and monitor the program/projects o Provides management oversight, aligns and leads cross-functional and international project teams to ensure critical day-to-day program/project deliverables progress forward to deliver specified requirements, objectives, and value o Identifies gaps in the project team's accountability and ownership of deliverables Vendor and International Team Management o Oversees and align with 3rd party vendor and international team's PM to ensure deliverables are complete in a timely manner o Demonstrate flexibility to align with international time zones as necessary o Evaluates and harmonize vendor's timelines/schedules and cross-project dependencies to ensure alignment with overall program objectives o Drives escalations to remediate risks/blockers impeding vendor's forward progression, as necessary Financial Management o Responsible for finance/budget responsibilities for programs of high complexity and large budgets (> ***M). o May support the driving the outcome of the Project Approval request and managing RFP processes. o Analyzes, measures and recognizes the financial impact of various project actions, participates in analyzing and using financial data to identify key project issues, and maintains budget tracking and monitors budget expenditures Status Reporting o Prepares program/project status reports to demonstrate project overall health, key performance indicator (KPI), risk, issues, accomplishments, next steps, and escalation requests o Proactively identifies and resolves resource constraints, issues, and risks on programs/projects to meet program commitments o Prepares executive-level project status presentations and dashboards o Creates data visualization elements to provide a graphic demonstration of project analytics and metrics Technical Depth o Strong Technical services working knowledge in one or more domains with the ability to flex across other domains, including workplaces services platforms and services, on-prem and SaaS/PaaS content and collaboration tools, websites & portals, application delivery, email/messaging platforms, video and voice solutions deployed at scale, workplace devices, support, and authentication; Network and Infrastructure working knowledge: Datacenter migration, wireless refresh, network segmentation, Cloud migration. Guidance in Program Management Discipline o Hands-on leadership guiding teams to think Lean and be Agile o Acts as a resource to program management peers with less experience Strong knowledge of the integrated systems lifecycle development utilizing different - and sometimes - multiple development models (e.g., agile, waterfall, hybrid, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: o Prior Disney experience is preferred o Proficiency with Enterprise Project Portfolio Management tools o Experience implementing broader Agile Development techniques as part of User Stories, Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing; SAFe etc. Required Education: BA/BS in business, computer science preferred
