product managers to join our TikTok Seller Commerce team. This team
is focused on creating the end to end experience for Merchants who
wish to join the platform, including Seller Onboarding, Catalog
Management, Logistics, etc. The Seller Commerce team is also
working on providing efficient solutions to improve the overall
quality of life for Merchants on the platform.Our ideal candidate
will have a passion to understand the interplay of our different
pricing and promotional strategies to fuel Seller growth. You are
responsible for defining and driving our product roadmaps. You will
work with operations, data-engineers and R&D teams to identify
new features and projects.As the promotion tools product manager,
you must analyze the potential customer and financial implications,
select the most promising ideas, prioritize them and create a
cohesive roadmap. You will also evangelize new features for our
Sellers, working to accelerate their adoption, track the impacts,
and communicate results with senior leaders. If you are obsessed
with building technical solutions that uses data to solve complex
business problems, this may be the role for youResponsibilities-
Ownership of all Seller Promotion Tools (coupon, deals, bundles
etc) and lead initiatives to grow adoption of existing Promotion
tools amongst Sellers and identify improvement levers (e.g.
traffic, selection, etc.).- Responsible for discovering and
building new Seller Promotion products from different seller/market
segments, and focusing on providing the best conversion and
satisfaction rate amongst Sellers.- Lead cross-functional projects
that help evolve our platform capabilities and break through
operating constraints to support a constantly evolving payment
ecosystem.- Advocate for quality engineering solutions and
architectural designs, and strike a healthy balance between system
scalability and localization.- Work with leaders in other
geographies to ensure we scale winning US strategies, products,
features, benefits and partnerships around the world.
Qualifications - BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.-
5+ years of product management in either e-commerce, or internet
advertising and other PLG companies.- Ability to use hard data and
metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations.-
Self-starter and can do product planning and prioritization of
critical global initiatives. Conceptualize and drive projects
globally with opposing priorities, multiple partners, and quick
timelines, and carry out independently under time constraints and
meet deadlines.- Excellent data analytical, and study skills to
identify business opportunities. Build consensus among teams and
influence decision-making within leadership. Ambitious with
achieving, and strong sense of ownership and accountability with
impeccable follow-through.Preferred qualification- Previous
experience working on Deals and Promotional tools.- Advanced
knowledge of product pricing, merchandising and/or retail math.-
Previous experience working with sellers and brands, strong
interest in retail is a plus.- Familiarity with social commerce

base salary range for this position in the selected city is $135850
- $337400 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range
depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's
qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to
compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role
may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives,
and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to
