Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking a dynamic and innovative Entertainment Manager to lead our property-wide entertainment initiatives. As the Entertainment Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and executing captivating entertainment events that enhance our brand and drive revenue growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops, plans, and executes all entertainment events to brand Little Creek Casino Resort.
  • Collaborates with Marketing Director to establish annual entertainment strategy/calendar, budget..., then develop to monthly or individual entertainment plan to align with marketing goals or objectives.
  • Coordinates with other relative departments such as Sales, Banquets... to have the best yield of utilizing event center as well as the best setup for all items necessary for a successful entertainment.
  • Sources, negotiates, and contracts to promoters/entertainers/vendors or providers of audio & video, transportation, security, including technical rider (hotel, transportation, catering, production and any other special need) review and finalization, to fulfill any contractual request ensuring the successful delivery of entertainment offerings and maximizing return on investment to meet overall company financial goals.
  • Processes all paperwork needed for payments to any entertainer/promoter/vendor sufficiently and timely.
  • Tracks the other entertainments throughout the market which could impact ticket sales and revenue, while analyzing industry trends, talent routing, budgeting and individual show ticket pricing.
  • Manages ticket sales system including but not limited to ticket scaling, holds/blocks, sales update, final report/audit, database e-blast/text message...
  • Coordinates with Box Office to provide high level of guest services as well as to promote the entertainment events effectively.
  • Manages staffing sufficiently and acts as contact person to coordinate all of entertainment activities from technical/stage crew, security, usher, will call, merchandise sales...
  • Coordinates with the Marketing Database team to prepare pro/post forma and its approval, entertainment announcement and pre-sales, and advertising campaigns.
  • Remains knowledgeable of industry trends and regional competition, safety enhancements.
  • Serves as Little Creek Casino Resorts point of contact to vendors, guests and internal team members for all entertainment purposes.

    Requirements

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing and/or Entertainment based field.
    • OR at least five years of experience in an entertainment management position at a medium to large scale business/Corporation required.
    • Class III Gaming License issued from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission required upon hire (must pass a background check to obtain license).
