Skills Required:
--- Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
--- Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role, however a bachelors is a strong nice to have.
--- Disqualifiers: Candidates without required skills will not be eligible for the role.
--- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain familiarity with calendar management and understanding of ROB. Someone with big picture and strategic thinking will be the ideal fit.

Responsibilities:
--- Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scope
--- Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising
--- Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements
--- Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
--- Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing
--- Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
--- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses
--- Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
--- Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors
Top 3 Hard Skills Required
--- Minimum 2-4 years experience with proficient in Excel (pivot tables and creating reports)
--- Minimum 2-4 years experience with Calendar management - proficient in Outlook
--- Minimum 2-4 years experience with Event support
