team The People Analytics team at lululemon is on a journey to
create a high-performance work culture by support the People &
Culture (HR) organization and the business with data-driven
insights. As a Manager, Business Intelligence Development, you will
work closely with technology, CoEs, and the People Analytics team
to innovate and build metrics & analytical products that our
business leaders need to help scale and grow lululemon. You will be
responsible for collaborating with and supporting stakeholders and
partners, using data to influence key strategic business decisions,
and scale insights as we grow our work. a day in the life: what

hiring range for this positionis from$145,700-$191,200annually; the
base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending
on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

SSC Workplace Policy: Hybrid In-person collaboration is important,
