Discovery introduced Max, an enhanced streaming platform, in the U.S. HBO Max is currently available in 46 countries and there are plans for the continued global expansion of Max in 2024.Your New Role...Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help prioritize and oversee product strategy and execution pertaining to identity and access for the Max and discovery+ streaming apps.In this key connecting role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and a cross-functional team of Designers, Technical Program Managers and Engineers to drive new features and improvements which aim to remove customer frustration and pain points related to user identity, security, sign in, and account management across our portfolio of supported devices and platforms.You have strong collaboration and analytical skills. You are an effective cross-functional team leader who can drive the successful implementation and delivery of initiatives that span multiple teams. You have strong product sense, as well as organizational and problem-solving skills. You are also experienced and comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing without authority. You know what good looks like.Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on matters pertaining to user identity and access.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create product requirements for your space.
  • Communicate and measure objectives and key results.
  • Lead discovery in your product area, collaborating with Research, Customer Support and Product Design teams to unearth customer problems.
  • Define and execute on A/B tests to validate customer experience improvements.
  • Collaborate with product designers to develop best-in-class user flows.
  • Define and prioritize business requirements consisting of user stories and functional requirements.
  • Develop relationships with key technical teams and business counterparts within Warner Bros Discovery.
  • Liaise with distribution, legal, marketing, customer experience, and technical teams to ensure platform guidelines, requirements and updates are communicated with an understanding of potential roadmap impact.
  • Be the customer expert and solve customer problems; be fully knowledgeable of pain points experienced by customers and work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Own continuous reporting on performance, including post-product release impact reports that lead to actionable plans for further optimization.Qualifications & Experience...
    • 4-6+ years of product management experience.
    • Detailed knowledge of popular streaming services and the competitive space.
    • Deep experience of launching apps on partner platforms.
    • Proven track record of understanding product growth and developing strategic roadmaps.
    • Solid toolkit of product discovery techniques to drive continuous improvement of the experience.
    • High comfort level in analytics and generating business insights from data trends and user research.
    • Direct experience in detailed planning and prioritization of features.
    • Demonstrated ability to create detailed and actionable product documentation and artifacts.
    • Emotional intelligence and leadership skills to influence outcomes, while building a culture of teamwork and inclusiveness.
    • Strong communication with the ability to simplify complex concepts and provide the right level of detail to executive leaders.How We Get Things Done---This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $109,900.00 - $204,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.Warner Bros.
