*Position: Project Manager**Location: Seattle, WA**Duration: 12+ Months**POSITION SUMMARY: *Responsible for the impactful, effective, and efficient execution of our Innovation and Renovation(I&R) portfolio of projects. Plan and lead projects end-to-end (E2E) and orchestrate a cross-functional team to achieve defined project goals. Manage I&R projects with key stakeholders to ensure resources invested, deliver against the business case and bring expected return on investment. As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, support the teams journey to achieving its stated vision, mission, values and scope.*REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:** BA/BS required* PMP (Project Management Professional) certification a plus* Minimum 5+ years of functional I&R experience, including but not limited to engineering, operations, technical, R&D, or marketing (including a minimum of 3 years effective project management experience)* Coaching and development experience, either indirectly (i.e. project teams) or directly (i.e. functional team leader/manager)* Prior CPG or Food Service experience (preferred)* Experience with stage gate methodology (preferred)*ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:** Developed project management skills* Highly results focused with proactive service orientation and ability to self-direct* Flexibility and adaptability to perform in a high-volume, fast paced and dynamic environment* Highly organized with strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently* Quick-sifting capability (quickly focusing project teams and stakeholders on key priorities) and ability to pivot between high-level and detail-level* Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, identifying links between seemingly unrelated facts, ideas and situations* Ability to lead and manage project teams* Effective facilitation skills* Ability to manage conflict and drive resolution* Ability to drive for results through effective leadership skills* Developed coaching skills ability to coach junior project managers, ability to coach functional project team members* Developed change management skills and proven ability to challenge the status quo* Effectively collaborates and influences people at all levels in the organization through strong interpersonal and communication skills* Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and project scheduling software (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet) proficiencyJob Type: ContractPay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceShift:* Day shiftWeekly day range:* Monday to FridayExperience:* Stage gate: 3 years (Preferred)* Manufacturing: 4 years (Preferred)* Food industry: 3 years (Preferred)* Coffee: 3 years (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Seattle, WA 98134: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
