Technology team enables Lululemon's supply chain from raw materials
to finished good production through innovative technology
solutions. Our purpose is to empower the organization to drive

optimized sourcing & manufacturing processes, cultivating a
responsible supply chain while ensuring a superior product quality.

for seasoned technology program manager to support program delivery
within USCT. In this influential role you will closely collaborate
with business, product and technology delivery teams to plan and
execute program roadmap and vision. A day in the life:
- Works with business, strategy and product partners to create
overall program delivery plan from technology standpoint
- Creates timeline, stakeholder analysis and communication plan
to track progress across multiple workstreams
- Identifies and tracks cross-program dependencies
- Creates and tracks program budget (actuals & forecast)
- Effectively identifies and solves for potential risks and
issues to prevent realization of risks while providing transparency
to the applicable stakeholders
- Validates that the program delivers the expected outcomes and
supports business objectives
- Ensures all program tasks are clearly understood, assigned, and
tracked.
- Facilitates quarterly and annual planning cycles
- Guides and coaches the Project Managers to ensure the
objectives of a project are understood, documented, and
measurable
- Develops relationships and collaborates with internal and
external stakeholders across regions (NA, EMEA, APAC, China).
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in technology or related field w/ 5+ yrs exp in
project/program management
- Thorough understanding of Agile Delivery methodology
- Ability to operate with low degree of ambiguity, leveraging
existing processes and tools
- Proven experience managing budget of > =$1M capex annually
along with experience in forecasting.
- Passion for problem solving w/ an ability to excel in an
ambiguous environment
- Demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, multi-program
environment with changing priorities
- Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively
troubleshoot to resolve issues
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence
and gain consensus in the absence of direct authority
- Proven results working with global and remote teams across
different time zones Must haves:

Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a
pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this
position is from $136,000-$170,200 annually; the base pay offered
is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our
