outstanding opportunity for a full time (100% FTE, 40 hours per
week), night shift ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER (Registered Nurse 3) to
join the Medical Oncology ICU. The Assistant Nurse Manager will
provide direct nursing care, train and manage staff, spearhead
quality improvement initiatives, and ensure safe patient care
practices.SCHEDULE:40 hours per week, night
shift.RESPONSIBILITIES:Establishes and maintains credibility as a
leader of day-to-day operationsOversees staffingProvides leadership
for clinical and administrative functionsDevelops, coordinates, and
maintains various work processes that ensure successful department
functionPromotes effective communication among staff and
patientsIdentifies staff and resource problems and takes necessary
steps toward problem resolutionsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:2 years of
current or ICU nursing experiencePrevious charge, lead, or
supervisory nursing experienceAn active Registered Nurse license in
the State of WashingtonBLSDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Previous work
