designation.Primary Job Responsibilities:Lead clinical practice,
education, and management as delegated by and in collaboration with
the nurse manager.Promote delivery of quality nursing care.Clinical
resources for patient care and staff competency.Education,
supervision, mentorship, and evaluation of staff.Assist with
ongoing unit daily operations.Support staff with orientation,
evaluation, clinical problem solving, communication, and
collaboration with the interdisciplinary team,Support to the unit
management team for the assurance of clinical workforce ongoing
development and retention.Schedule90%, night shift-(36 hrs./week)
.RequirementsHave/obtain a WA RN license to practice.Two or more
years of NICU nursing experience.Charge nurse.Bachelor of Science
in Nursing or enrolled in a BSN program.Graduated from an
accredited school of nursing.Experience can subsite for required
