About the role
Move Team is currently seeking a Project Management Manager for the
Redmond, WA area. This position requires onsite support for Puget
Sound projects.
The purpose of this position is to lead individual,
multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with
direct accountability for people management, and project delivery;
responsible for the management of projects from initiation through
completion to help achieve the company's strategic business
objectives.
What you'll do
Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and
development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work
schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff
and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE
RISE values.
Oversee all phases of moves with potential for short turnaround,
including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, etc.,
ensuring the accurate, on-time, and compliant completion of
moves.
Direct and assign move allocation and dates, as well as support
corrections of move team error, security critical issues and client
complaints.
Drive scope, maintain accurate record and reporting of metrics;
including but not limited to monthly financial and performance,
scheduling, client communication and identified risk.
Set structure, pace, rigor, record (archive) for rhythm of
business; including but not limited to agendas, ad hoc analytics
and team standard operating procedures.
Manage performance by regular audit of multiple move vendor scope,
adherence and compliance to service level agreements.
Work with internal and external clients to reach critical
initiatives.
Influence and drive accountable practices for continuous
improvement of process, people, and client product.
Advocate and enable cross-team collaborations for standard
methodology solutions.
Manages a team of coordinators who are responsible for the delivery
of a portfolio of projects and programs, as well as oversee
performance of those direct reports.
Onsite supervision and direction of move partners.
Will provide formal scheduling and assistance such as technical
guidance and or training to the move team, et al.
What you'll need
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager position is
$92,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager
position is $100,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to
a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills,
qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be
eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable
benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits:

Vision insurance.
