*Ascendo Healthcare Staffing* is seeking a dedicated and experienced *Branch Director* to lead clinical and operational functions in a _*home health and hospice setting*_. This position requires someone with a _*strong background in leadership, clinical oversight, and compliance*_-with prior experience as both a Branch Director and Clinical Manager. You'll play a pivotal role in driving performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering compassionate care to the communities we serve.

*Branch Director - Home Health & Hospice - 13-Week Assignment*
* _*Location: S*__eattle, WA_
* _*Contract: 1*__3 Weeks - Potential to Extend_
* _*HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) Experience Required*_
* *Compensation:* *Up to $145,000 / year + benefits & weekly pay! *

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee all daily branch operations with a focus on clinical excellence, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
* Support and guide the Clinical Manager to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with the AVP of Operations and Finance teams to meet revenue, admission, and budget targets.
* Lead staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and development to build a high-performing, mission-driven team.
* Manage care delivery through interdisciplinary collaboration, including RN, HHA, PT, OT, DON, MSW, Chaplain, and MD.
* Champion continuous quality improvement by analyzing outcomes, addressing feedback, and implementing corrective actions.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with HCHB and applicable standards.
* Actively participate in sales and marketing efforts to drive census growth and strengthen referral relationships.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
* *Active Registered Nurse License in Washington*
* Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
* *Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in home health or hospice required.*
* Prior experience as both a *Branch Director and Clinical Manager.*
* *Strong proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB).*
* *MUST *be able to complete Clinical Manager workflow as well as sit in the Branch Director seat.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
* Deep knowledge of industry regulations, Medicare standards, and care coordination best practices.
