They will target on-strategy deals according to the SA/NTA/RA New Deal Guidelines, manage a target list in collaboration with field leadership and the Business Development team, and oversee the vetting, negotiations, launch, and hand-off of deals to SA/NTA/RA Account Management.This individual will act as the primary liaison for launching accounts and rolling out via SA Vice President & Regional Director, or other senior leaders. Responsibilities include making in-person introductions to key client decision makers, managing solutions, and coordinating with Protiviti. The VP will collaborate with their BD partner during initial client onboarding and then transfer the account to the appropriate team.Job ResponsibilitiesNewly Signed Account Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new contracts aligned with SA/NTA/RA guidelines, focusing on clients that match our services, pricing, and partnership goals.
- Prioritize target accounts in growth industries, researching revenue potential and business needs.
- Understand the competitive landscape to develop strategies for increased market share.
- Create value by aligning customer business drivers with Robert Half's value propositions.
- Develop a strong network of sponsors and decision makers to leverage during negotiations and launches.
- Analyze current pre-MSA business and transition existing business to SA status, expanding brand awareness and relationships.
- Execute account rollout after contract signing, ensuring mutual understanding of goals and measuring success.
- Ensure contracts include necessary clauses such as RHT, RHC, MR
1099's, and C2C placements, in collaboration with Legal.Launch New
Deal Responsibilities:
- Work with SA/NTA/RA VP to transition accounts smoothly, with clear responsibilities and regular reviews.
- Establish a Sponsor Collection Strategy with BD VPs and field partners, developing multiple levels of client sponsorship and driving cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal experts, educate clients on industry trends, and utilize social media content for client acquisition and expansion.
- Assist field staff in overcoming obstacles to client meetings.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with the BD VP to evaluate launch progress and identify opportunities.
- Facilitate contract renewal processes.Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business acquisition and development, with a proven record of top performance.
- Experience in acquiring and negotiating large enterprise and strategic accounts in staffing organizations.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills at the C-suite level.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to represent the enterprise during contract negotiations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% or more as needed.
- Salary range: $100,000 to $115,000, negotiable based on
experience and location. Bonus potential based on performance.Top
