Job OverviewThe Sr Product Manager is a visionary, strategist,
analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of execution, and
professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic
package. Every product at T-Mobile is envisioned and created to
achieve a specific business purpose or set of business results. The
Sr Product Manager is ultimately accountable for ownership of
T-Mobile's internal and external products, platforms, services, and
experiences designed to achieve these results. This role involves
identifying customer problems or unmet needs, assessing technical
feasibility, aligning with business objectives, securing funding,
and leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver
solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Owns end-to-end product management for complex or
cross-platform solutions, including creating and communicating
product vision and roadmaps.
- Conducts market research, generates product requirements, and
defines specifications and long-term strategy.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand customer
experiences and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Analyzes data to identify insights, opportunities, and root
causes of issues, working with data scientists as needed.
- Utilizes rapid hypothesis testing methodologies to inform
product direction.
- Performs cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support
decision-making.
- Secures and manages product funding in partnership with
stakeholders.
- Anticipates industry trends and incorporates them into product
planning.
- Communicates effectively at all levels, including delivering
presentations to VP level and below.
- Leads product feature development, manages backlogs, and
collaborates with development teams to ensure technical and
business alignment.
- Tracks product health and success metrics, conducts quarterly
reviews, and manages beta and pilot programs.
- Supports go-to-market strategies and collaborates with
marketing and sales teams.
- Ensures product quality and manages response to critical
defects.
- Develops training materials and drives continuous improvement
initiatives.Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile
environment (Required)
- Experience with product lifecycle management, customer
experience, and agile methodologies (Required)
- Strong communication, analytical, and technical writing skills
(Required)
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing
complex projects (Required)Additional InformationTravel required.
Salary range: $121,600 - $219,400 with a 20% bonus target. Benefits
