Sustainability practice to drive end-to-end sustainability
solutions in real estate, from site selection to decommissioning.
In this role, you will work with one of our high-profile clients,
acting as an embedded extension of their in-house Sustainability
Team. Overview Support the client's supplier carbon emissions data
collection and sustainability program by coordinating vendor
engagement, managing program documentation, and transforming
emissions data into actionable insights. This role combines program
coordination, data management, and vendor relationship building to
advance supply chain decarbonization initiatives. Key
Responsibilities Program Coordination & Management Serve as the
primary coordinator for the integrated supply chain environmental,
health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) program Partner with
client EHS and Sustainability teams to coordinate weekly program
development, supplier engagement, and performance management tasks
Schedule, organize, and facilitate regular team meetings, working
sessions, and stakeholder calls Capture detailed meeting notes,
action items, and decisions; track follow-ups to completion
Generate regular program updates on milestones and progress for
business reviews and stakeholder communications Supplier Data
Collection & Management Establish and maintain carbon emissions
data collection processes across the supplier network Develop
standardized data collection frameworks and work directly with
vendors to gather information Build and maintain tracking systems
for validating and updating supplier carbon footprint data Support
integration of decarbonization KPIs into sourcing projects and RFP
processes, including evaluation of supplier decarbonization plans
Vendor Engagement Support engagement strategies to encourage
supplier participation in carbon reporting initiatives Develop
educational materials and coordinate workshops for suppliers Build
collaborative relationships with vendor partners and internal
stakeholders Partner with regional and global teams to embed EHSS
requirements into supplier workflows Data Analysis & Reporting
Transform supplier emissions data into meaningful insights that
inform sustainability strategy Conduct trend analysis and benchmark
supplier performance against industry standards Develop reports and
dashboards that clearly communicate progress and opportunities to
stakeholders Documentation & Tools Develop, maintain , and
socialize program documentation and tools Create and manage
materials covering supplier social responsibility and
decarbonization initiatives Required Qualifications 5 years of
experience in sustainability, environmental management, program
coordination, or supply chain operations Bachelor's degree in
environmental science, business administration, supply chain
management, sustainability, or related field Strong organizational
skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, databases) and
familiarity with carbon accounting concepts Excellent communication
skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse
audiences Experience coordinating meetings, tracking action items,
and managing stakeholder communications Collaborative mindset with
ability to work effectively across teams and organizations
Self-starter with strong initiative and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications Experience with supply chain
sustainability programs or corporate ESG initiatives Familiarity
with GHG Protocol or other carbon accounting frameworks Background
in commercial real estate or professional services industries
Experience with program management tools and documentation
Knowledge of ESG reporting standards and frameworks Exposure to one
or more focus areas: decarbonization, scope 2 carbon emissions,
lifecycle analysis, responsible sourcing, or supplier engagement

timelines, milestones, and KPIs through planning and tracking
Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong relationships with vendors,
suppliers, and internal teams Meeting Facilitation: Keeps
discussions on track and ensures follow-through on action items
Problem-Solving: Makes sound decisions using available data and
informed judgment Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity
and shifting priorities This position does not provide visa

States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this
position: 120,000.00 – 160,000.00 USD per year This range is an
estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation
packages are determined by various considerations including but not
limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions,
