This role will report to the Head of OSS & Analytics Solution Area in North America and a key member of the Unit Leadership Team. Responsibilities: Responsible for Growth Planning & Lead Business Readiness across Analytics Solution Line and its portfolio Lead a team of business developers and architects for Pre-Sales & Sales, leveraging competences across all our OSS & Analytics Solution Lines and our Business Area Digital Services Responsible to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to deliveries Responsible for all project deliveries in the domain of Customer Experience Management and Data Analytics Drive Operational and Delivery Efficiency across the Analytics Solution Line, ensuring maximum re-use, knowledge sharing, and adherence to proven processes. This includes our continuous delivery cost optimization and offshoring activities The Analytics team is responsible for solutioning, architecture, per sales support and complete system integration-led deliveries of complex customer solutions. It provides industry thought leadership in new areas of growth in Customer Experience Management and Big Data & Analytics. The candidate themselves must be comfortable leading business and technical discussions with customers from the technical level to the C-suite. The candidate will also have experience in consultative selling, identification of strategic, budgeted programs, generating new business demand, and business case justification for new programs. The candidate will develop/recommend technical solutions and commercial strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives and needs. The individual should drive the thought leadership, market requirements, offer development, and evangelize new innovative solutions that address service provider needs and opportunities in the areas of Customer Experience Management and Big Data & Analytics. The candidate shall be able to demonstrate clear thought leadership and experience in Customer Experience Management, Data Analytics, OSS and Service Automation. The candidate must have strong SI project experience as responsibilities extend to deliveries, and as such, must drive cost improvements and delivery efficiencies at all time to improve project margins. This is a senior level position reporting to the Head of Company 's North American OSS & Analytics, and will be part of that unit Leadership Team. The candidate will lead a team that interfaces with Company customers, Our Business Areas (BA), key account managers (KAM) and be accountable for driving new funnel opportunities, creating compelling & competitive offers and ensuring all project deliveries. The candidate is expected to establish strong relations with all Company MANA Customer Units (CU) and their customers, Digital Services Business Area, as well as other relevant unit. This requires building strong relationships with the Company account management teams internally, key customers decision makers and influencers, business units, collaboration with 3pp and other key stakeholders, communications, marketing, industry analysts and media. The candidate will identify strategic market requirements and influence roadmap development of new OSS, Customer Experience Management and Data Analytics software and services solutions in accordance to customer's requirements and feedback. The candidate will interface with the product management and development organization leadership to secure development of solutions that meet the customer's needs in a timely manner. The candidate will interface with strategy, marketing and delivery teams as well as global peer teams working on similar initiatives at other customer accounts to leverage experiences and new ideas across the organization. Education / Experience / Competence Requirements : Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or Computer Science and an MBA or hands-on, direct business experience. 15+ years of OSS/BSS domain expertise with extensive knowledge of the data analytics technologies, wireless, wireline, cable, enterprise, IP communications and information technology marketplace though employment at a combination of operator, IT system integration and/or independent software vendor companies. Demonstrated competence in engaging customers and industry with the ability to clearly articulate the state of communications service provider challenges, initiatives and direction. Experience within major OSS/BSS consulting, systems integration, independent software vendors and large communications service providers required. Frequent travel to customer sites within North America and occasional global travel required. Effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Strong ability to build relationships with customers and within Company. Strong planning and organization skills. Effective within large, matrixed organizations, understanding of processes, and demonstrated ability to streamline activities to accomplish objectives. Team-player; Able to work in a Matrix management structure with excellent communication and negotiation/networking skills. Effective leadership skills; High level solution understanding of services/networking/products Experience in managing diverse teams both in a line and a matrix capacity.
