A strong and healthy partner ecosystem is vital to FinancialForce's success and to the success of our customers. We are seeking an experienced Partner Success Manager to develop and foster a portfolio strategic solutions partners to deliver referral revenue and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving the business and technical success of partners that extend our capabilities, expand our reach and create greater stickiness for our solutions. You will build deep relationships with our top solutions partners, while engaging smaller partners on an ad-hoc and as-needed basis. Your partners will come to regard you as a trusted advisor as you share best practices and build joint initiatives. Our field sellers will embrace your partners as you communicate our joint value proposition and educate them on how to succeed through collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

--- Effectively manage a portfolio of strategic solutions partners to achieve revenue-based goals and other metrics.

--- Run "rhythm of the business" with each partner, including creation of annual business plan, conduct quarterly business reviews and executive updates. Manage day-to-day activities including check-ins and reviews as needed.

--- Build and execute joint marketing with each partner based on a strong combined value proposition, tailored to the sales and marketing motions that are most effective.

--- Track partner status and manage pipeline in a timely manner and provide summary status reports both internally and to the partner.

--- Deal with partner escalations and manage through to resolution.

--- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and become a subject matter expert on the SaaS solutions provided by your partners.

--- Advocate on behalf of FinancialForce within your partners, seeking ways to extend our solutions, increase our market reach and better serve our customers.

--- Advocate on behalf of your partners within FinancialForce, driving internal awareness and engagement by collaborating with development, marketing and the field.

--- Drive partner sponsorships and participation in FinancialForce events

--- Stay current on the FinancialForce product roadmap to a level required for developing and driving a strong technical relationship with your partners.

--- Stay up to date on competitive and market trends to develop differentiated joint value propositions with your partners

--- Develop strong alignment with product management and engineering teams on roadmap and play a key role providing feedback to development on behalf of your partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

--- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

--- Demonstrable & proven experience as a Partner/Alliance Manager or Business Development Manager in an enterprise business applications and/or SaaS applications company

--- Understanding of the ERP solutions market, with experience in global financials and/or professional services automation

--- Desire and passion to work in a fast-paced, aggressively growing organization

--- Exceptional communication, collaboration, persuasion, and personal skills

--- Highly collaborative, with experience working in an agile, data-driven environment

--- Is self-motivated / self-directed - capable of multi-tasking and accepting change both in tasks and schedule

--- Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem and the Force.com platform is a strong advantage

--- Passion and commitment for partnerships and deals is critical for success
