Charge Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery - $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for RNs!! Washington-Issaquah Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Charge Registered Nurse (0.9 FTE, Day Shift) to work in Labor And Delivery at Swedish Issaquah in Issaquah, WA. $10,000* SIGN-ON BONUS for experienced/qualified RN's, "New to Swedish" - plus RELOCATION Assistance!! -Charge Nurse Experience Preferred- The Charge Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating patient care and nursing service activities for a designated shift. In this position you will: * Provide professional nursing care for patients in assigned area * Assess, plan, evaluate and document the Nursing process in the assigned unit as needed * Plan and modify clinical services based on the age, growth and developmental stage of the patient Required qualifications for this position include: * Nursing Baccalaureate degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing or must actively pursue and attain a BSN within six years of hire * Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington * Current BLS certification and ACLS certification required * Minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience Preferred Qualifications for this position include: * Ability to operate, or learn to operate, unit-specific equipment as outlined in defined competencies. * Meet criteria of the Registered Nurse. * Must demonstrate advanced clinical and organizational skills related to the care of patients. * Must have knowledge of human growth and development to modify services to the age and development stage of the patient.
