Overview: St Anthony is a designated Pathway hospital. We

Staffing:
The management structure of the Emergency Department consists of an
experienced Clinical Manager, a RN-Clinical Coordinator and one
Charge Nurse who oversee the department. The staff is comprised of
RN's and Emergency Room Technicians with support services provided
by an ED Pharmacist and Medication Reconciliation Technician 7 days
a week. RN's are assigned by rooms and typically have a 1:4 RN to
patient ratio with support from Emergency Room Technicians.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
Previous Emergency Department or Critical Care experience
preferred, New graduates with completion of senior practicum in the
Emergency Department will also be considered for RN Residency
positions
Current RN license from the Washington State Board of Nursing
Current Healthcare BLS and ACLS Certification required
National Institutes of Health Strokes Scale (NIHSS) certification
within six months of date of hire
Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum
(TNCC) and either Emergency Nurse Pediatric Certification (ENPC) OR
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 12 months of
hire date
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and/or Certified Emergency
Nurse (CEN) certification is preferred
