This position assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and Performances Improvement efforts, while providing supervision to staff assigned to his/her shift.QualificationsEducation: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.Licensure: Currently licensed as an RN in the state of WashingtonAdditional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of The JOINT COMMISSION, CMS, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
