The Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle is hiring Licensed
Veterinary Technicians to join our Neurology team!We are offering a
guaranteed $5000.00 Sign-on bonus, qualified candidates may be
eligible for additional sign on bonus monies that could be up to a
$10,000 sign-on bonus!!!Ideal candidate:Has 1 year of clinical

Specialty Center is a diverse group of assistants, licensed
veterinarian technicians and doctors ranging from residents in
training to board certified Neurologists. We are committed to

day. Working with the Neurology Service provides exposure to a mix
of chronic, long term cases where you can establish ongoing rapport
with the clients and follow a pet's progress over time alongside an
aspect of acute, emergency medicine where we must act quickly to
restore a pet's ability to walk or even save their lives. No two
days in Neurology are exactly the same!While every member of our
team will start with a unique skill set, all members of our staff
have the opportunity to spend ample time working hands on with our
patients providing basic physical rehabilitation and nursing care
for our hospitalized pets and in turn teaching our clients how to
provide similar care at home. Our LVTs are encouraged to master
skills such as ultrasound guided cystocentesis, placement of
indwelling urinary catheters and arterial lines. As an LVT with our
service you will have the opportunity to grow your anesthesia
skills under the guidance of our senior staff and the doctors of
the Neurology and Critical Care teams. Over time your duties will
progress from working with otherwise healthy pets with signs of
pain to more complex cases with brain disease. You will be trained
to work in the operating room with the opportunity to use advanced
techniques such as constant rate drug infusions as well as working
with specialized MRI compatible monitoring equipment. We look
